Getting ready for club tryouts? The best way to stand out is by putting in intentional work before you step in the gym. Our Pre-Tryout Bootcamp is built to help athletes prepare with purpose and walk into tryouts confident and ready to compete.
What to focus on before tryouts:
- Consistency first – Coaches notice athletes who can control the ball and limit errors.
- Position-specific reps – Get comfortable in your role and understand what’s expected at your position.
- Game-like touches – Train at a high pace so tryouts don’t feel overwhelming.
- Confidence under pressure – The more reps you get now, the more comfortable you’ll be when it counts.
How our Bootcamp helps:
Led by Coach Jeff George and our National-level coaching staff, this intensive positional training is designed to give athletes high-rep, high-feedback sessions that mirror the intensity of tryouts. Players will focus on skill refinement, decision-making, and competing in a fast-paced environment.
